1. Returns Eligibility
You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.
- Perishable goods, such as food or treats, if applicable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or no longer needed).
Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return items should be sent to the address provided in your return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the return meets our policy requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange and provide a prepaid return shipping label if necessary. Please provide clear images of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.
8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
